Event details

Connect with fellow substitute teachers and explore professional development tailored to your needs. This year’s conference also includes sessions specifically for internationally educated teachers.

Registration reminders

Attendees of the 2025 conference should apply their discount code when registering; the discount cannot be reimbursed afterward.

Cancellations are accepted until the end of October 8. Delegate substitutions are not permitted.

Travel and accommodation

The first 150 registrations are eligible for a travel allowance, subject to distance, receipt and approval requirements. Contact the ATA for details, or check with your local about other financial support.

Delegates must arrange and pay for their own accommodation. The advertised hotel group-rate booking deadline was October 1.
